???? Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all regions within Austria, including Vienna, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Styria, Salzburg, Tyrol, Carinthia, Burgenland, and Vorarlberg.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and selected shipping method:

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery through our logistics partner’s website.

❌ Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or customer absence, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

• We will notify you via email

• You may request redelivery (additional costs may apply)

• Alternatively, you can cancel the order and receive a refund (excluding shipping)

???? Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup in Austria. All orders are shipped via our logistics partners directly to your delivery address.
